Austurbruin sub division

The Austurbruin subdivision is also commonly know as the neighborhood on Vaughn Milton Lp & Curt Rudolph Lp.  It’s comprised of 50 homes, all of which were built between 1997 – 1999, with most being built in 1997.

About 25% of the homes in this neighborhood are 1-story and about 75% are 2-story.  In the case of the 2-story, the bedrooms are typically upstairs.

The lots are small but the neighborhood is well planned and many of the homes have at least a partial Westerly Olympic Mountain view.   The location couldn’t be more ideal with respect to proximity to all of the schools K-12 and the North Kitsap Swimming Pool.   There’s even a trail leading to the school grounds.  Another great amenity is that Austurbruin Park is directly adjacent to the South of the neighborhood and Raab Park is just a couple of blocks away.  Downtown Poulsbo is very close as are all commuter routes with the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal being just 25 minutes away, and Silverdale just 15 minutes.
