Mission Lake Waterfront

Imagine having this just waiting for you anytime you want to get away and unwind.  This incredible Mission Lake no bank lakefront property is a perfect second home.  It’s close enough to easily access it anytime you want, located just 9 miles West of Bremerton.  It’s just about 90 minutes from Seattle(if you take the Ferry and drive) or about 45 minutes from Tacoma, and 75 minutes from Seattle and Eastside by car…close, but far enough away, that you will truly be able to have a mini vacation anytime you feel the need….

The biggest problem you’ll have is waiting for Friday so you can head to your get-away and unwind from your busy week.

This little piece of paradise, it’s actually 3 adjoining tax parcels that will give you over 230 feet of prime lake front and about 1.16 Acres combined.  Keep it all for yourself or consider it a land bank…where you can sell or develop the other parcels sometime in the future.  Or…build a tradition of spending special times here and then easily gift it to  your heirs or beneficiaries so they can carry on and have forever great memories of time spent with you at this wonderful paradise.

If you need extra storage space, protected parking for toys and vehicles and of course shop space, this property has a huge detached 4 car garage with loft storage space.

Because the home is older than 1976 and is a manufactured home, conventional financing is not available, so this property is priced to sell for cash.
